Welcome to Mumcare India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. General

Mumcare India reserves the right to update products, pricing, website content, and policies at any time without prior notice.

  1. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately.

However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Customers may request additional product photos, videos, or live WhatsApp video verification before placing an order.

  1. Product Availability

Products, colors, sizes, and designs are subject to stock availability.

If a selected item becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer for suitable alternatives or resolution.

  1. Warranty / Guarantee

Most products sold by Mumcare India are generic or wholesale products and may not carry manufacturer warranty or guarantee.

If a branded product includes official manufacturer warranty, the customer may claim directly as per the brand’s policy.

  1. Store Pickup Orders

Customers selecting Store Pickup must inspect products carefully before accepting delivery.

Once a product is inspected, accepted, and collected from our store, claims may not be accepted except in genuine hidden defect cases subject to review.

  1. Out of Surat Orders

Minimum order amount for out-of-Surat customers: ₹2500

Customers receiving courier parcels must record a clear unboxing video from package opening for missing item or transit damage claims.

Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted.

  1. Payments

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Customers must never share OTP, UPI PIN, or banking passwords with anyone.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on courier services and external operational factors.

Mumcare India is not responsible for courier delays beyond reasonable control.

  1. Return / Refund / Replacement

Returns, refunds, replacements, and complaints are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Fraud / Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, or block fraudulent activity.

  1. Legal Compliance

Customers may not use our website or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
