Store Pickup Orders

Customers visiting our physical store are requested to carefully inspect and verify products before accepting delivery.

Once the product has been inspected, accepted, and collected from our store, returns or exchanges may generally not be accepted, except in genuine cases such as hidden manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery, subject to review.


Online / Home Delivery Orders

For online shipped orders, support may be provided in genuine cases such as:
